Henry
E. Steck
has
been practicing law since 1982. He graduated from the University of
Texas at Austin School of Law (with high honors) in 1982, where
he was a member of The Order of the Coif and Chancellors honorary societies.
Mr. Steck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
(cum laude) and a Masters degree in Public Administration. Prior
to attending law school, he was a government contracting officer for
the U.S. Air Force responsible for awarding and administering contracts
for services, construction and supplies. After graduating from law school,
Mr. Steck was an Air Force attorney specializing in contract law. His
last assignment, prior to joining Mr. Harrison in the practice of law
in 1985, was at the Air Force Contract Law Center where he provided
legal support for acquisition programs of a total value of approximately
$12 billion. Mr. Steck is a member of the Construction Law Section of
the Texas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
